Here's the same view from a little further back, for perspective. This is the courtyard behind the church in St. Robert, a VERY small village on a hilltop.

On our trip to the Limousin, we had to stop because one of the cows had escaped and was blocking the road.

It's the Little Things

Part of what I love about France are the little details, where when they make something it's a work of art. For example, the metro entrances and streetlights in Paris. I was walking the other day and here's a pic of a little thing that keeps your window shutters open. Click on the picture for a better view. Genius.
